Responsibilities of the Position: • Maintain an excellent level of product, market and distribution knowledge to accomplish territory objective; • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Endocrinological and Neurological community and take a high science approach focused on identifying needs and providing solutions. • Seek out, establish and maintain an excellent level of communication with various decision makers. • Actively participate in presentations and discussions during Area and/or Regional Meetings; • Plan, organize and deliver effective and approved presentations to achieve product formulary acceptance and reimbursement; • Maintaining product market leadership and achieving short and long term sales objectives; • Managing sales team and develop business plans to accomplish sales objectives.

Key advantages of performing the role: • University degree in Medicine or Pharmacy is a must; • Minimum 3-5 years proved sales/marketing experience in Neurology/Endocrinology; • Energetic, flexible, enthusiastic and highly motivated; • Demonstrated people management skills and strong client management/strategic counseling skills; • Time management and administrative skills; • A valid and active driver’s license is required for this position.
