Responsibilities of the position:
• Conduct market research to determine product viability and market acceptance;

• Develop and maintain marketing tools (product packaging/labeling, website, brochures, advertising, training programs, etc.).

• Assist in the development of product positioning and marketing strategy;

• Work with strategic business managers to identify market potential for both new and existing Medical/Surgical products;

• Develop analytical tools necessary to support the business analysis, pricing strategies and the implementation of recommended sales and marketing programs;

• Recommend pricing levels based on the competitive landscape, the desired product position, and acceptable profit margins;

• Interface with cross functional teams such as finance, sales, customer service, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, distribution and operations in order to develop objectives and provide input regarding all phases of product development.

• Develop and maintain familiarity with all relevant governmental regulatory policies and requirements.
• University Medical or Pharmaceutical education;

• Relevant practical experience (hospital care products is big advantage);

• Pro-active, self-driven and result oriented team player with excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills;


• Excellence in MS Office (Excel in particular);

• Excellence in English language (written and spoken), German is additional advantage;
• Clear Drive license.
