We, at Manpower Bulgaria, are offering a challenging and interesting position for people who are high achievers with eagerness to develop themselves as : Procurement Buyer with Polish Key responsibilities: • Work with opportunity owners (IBM sales team) on offering, supporting the third party portion of the deal; • Liaise with suppliers to collect quotation and other documentation where required; • Perform due diligence (DD) on customers contracts when required; • Flow down terms and conditions from customer contracts to vendor contracts; • Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers; • Coordinate and project manage the efforts of other procurement professionals in order to define and implement the best solution;

Requirements: • Bachelor`s degree in Economics or Low; • At least 2 years of experience in Apply Knowledge of Interpersonal Communication Skills; • At least 2 years of experience in Manage Priorities to Deliver Bus and Project Results; • At least 2 years of experience in Manage Client Relationships • At least 1 year of experience in Procurement Role • Fluency in English • Fluency in Polish
