We are currently looking for our partner – leading international market research company specialized in ‘Mystery Shopping’ and Customer Experience Research for the position: Junior Recruiter with German or French language Responsibilities: • Understand & actively apply the different recruitment channels per country, including using and adapting marketing templates for the specific markets / channels; negotiate prices of advertisements; translate templates were necessary; follow up on a day-to-day basis on all active recruitment campaigns; detect new recruitment channels per country; take care of an active representation on forums & social networks; • Ad-hoc program specific recruitment including short-term recruitment for open locations with no applications; active outbound calling; referral through contacting existing shoppers; • Handling inquiries & applications, including responding on inquiry e-mails and calls on a day-to-day basis; assisting on the sign-up process, analyze possible system-country issues; follow-up on un-activated shoppers; • Handle day-to-day communication with the evaluator community, including work with in-house software (e-mail templates, system communication); assist evaluators with system and training navigation questions; • Responsible for fieldwork completion including scheduling and strictly following the due dates of the projects; reschedule cancelled evaluations when needed; navigate the follow-up systems & use of software platforms; evaluate evaluator feedback; | ||
Candidate Profile | ||
| • University degree; • Fluency in German or French language; • Working level of English language; • Pro-active, dynamic, self-driven team player with excellent communication skills; • Good negotiator with ability to work in multicultural environment; • Excellent computer skills; • Relevant experience in recruitment, outsourcing or customer service sector would be considered as great advantage; | ||
