Manpower Bulgaria is looking for one of its most respectful client - leading production company in the food industry - for qualified and ambitious candidates for the position of
Quality Manager
Is responsible for adhering to all rules, regulations, policies, programs and related Quality Management System including SQF, HACCP and GMP to ensure safety and quality of the products.
Principal Accountabilities:
Serve as site HACCP/Food Safety coordinator to lead quality and food safety continuous improvement initiatives
* Assure facility and products meet local regulations
* Partner with operations to build a strong food safety culture at the site
* Partner with operations staff to ensure pre-requisite programs are effective for producing a safe food product
* Facilitate the successful execution of customer, regulatory, and certification audits
* Coordinate evaluation and implementation of new materials through collaboration with procurement and operations
* Lead, direct, coach and develop QA/QC staff
* Investigate production problems and customer problems and create preventive procedures. |

Required:
* University degree in in a science related field of study or extensive laboratory or process experience (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Cereal Science, Microbiology, Food Science, Agronomy, and Chemical Engineering preferred)
* Advanced degree or certificate in quality related processes (e.g. IBD, CQE, Six Sigma) - a plus
* Two (2) to four (4) years experience in quality related processes
* Demonstrated use of advanced problem solving tools
* Advanced knowledge of statistical methods and computer skills
* Proven interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
* Strong organization, self-management, time management and planning skills. |
