Requirements You will bring to the role proven experience in the following: Delivering senior recruitment assignments (at least 5 years); Selling and delivering general recruitment solutions (at least 4 years); Development of ongoing and new business relationships Strong problem-solving, negotiation and interpersonal skills Proven ability in a sales and service environment High level of commercial acumen Ability to independently manage workload with minimal supervision Excellent verbal and written communication skills A desire to work in a fast-paced and people-oriented environment
