Technical Lead Developer

We are looking for one of our most innovative clients in the technology industry for experienced, enthusiastic and responsible leader for the position of Technical Lead Developer who will lead on people, process and technology and will plan the activities of the development process of the projects. You will establish and extend the development standards. You will be responsible for the projects meet their goals and stay within the company's goals and direction. As a Technical Lead Developer you will be the go-to person for technical instruction and technical guidance as you support the technical team, sharing knowledge constantly. You will mentor senior developers, ensuring the teams achieve and maintain excellence in software architecture and programming, and communication. Key responsibilities: • Software design, programming, debugging and optimization; • Oversee and program all the different modules (artificial intelligence, sound libraries, display, game functionality, graphics/animations, social network and server-side integration) and the necessary tools for other teams; • Participate in fast-paced Agile development cycles; • Consistently lead teams to complete projects on time and up to the required quality level.

The candidate profile: • C++; • Experience with mobile platforms (iPhone/Android/etc), PC games development, consoles (PS3/Xbox/PSP/etc); • Advanced knowledge in games programming (game engines/tools, 3D programming – OpenGL/DirectX, physics, AI, etc); • Proven experience in programming - minimum 7 years; • Proven experience in the video game industry - minimum 3 years; • Strong understanding of Object Orientated Programming; • Independent person, able to work under pressure, outstanding with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; • Fluency in English.
