Job Description
- Organize and manage a team of Inbound Customer Support Associates
- Prepare reports and maintain records of work accomplishments and administrative information, as required, and coordinate the preparation, presentation, and communication of work-related information to the supervisor
- Coach, facilitate, solve work problems, and participate in the work of the team
- Be first point of contact with the customer
- Be in charge with the recruitment process; conduct initial and ongoing trainings with the subordinates
- Ensure that each team member feels appreciated ,valued and meaningful to the success of the project

Candidate Profile
- Fluent command of both spoken and written Italian
- Very good level of spoken and written English
- Some managerial (or TL’s) experience is a must
- Computer literacy
- High communication skills, multitasking, ability to take decisions
