We are currently looking for our partner – leading international market research company specialized in ‘Mystery Shopping’ and Customer Experience Research for the position: Editor Responsibilities: • Spelling, grammar and language use of the comments provided by the Mystery Shopper; • Inconsistencies/contradictions in comment or between pre-defined answers and comment provided; • Every evaluation comes with a set of instructions as part of the contract between the company and the client. The editor also checks whether the evaluation is compliant with the instructions; • Ensure professional lay-out of the Mystery Shopper comments provided in the reports; • The relevance of the information provided in the reports; • Additional project specific instructions (such as pictures, receipts, location details, recordings…).

Профил на кандидат

• Fluency in English language; • Pro-active, dynamic, self-driven team player with excellent communication skills; • Excellent computer skills; • Experience with data analysis, journalism or editor will be considered as an asset.
