| Manpower Bulgaria is looking for experienced, talented and ambitious candidates for the position of: Regional Demand Manager Company profile – International Production organization with regional EMEA Supply Chain Hub in Bulgaria with large-scale SKU Material flow. The company has several production sites and requires complex Replenishment Planning and Management. • Implement and support the standard demand planning process and systems. • Provide a central resource for demand management where local resources are limited due to scale or capability. • Develop demand planning capability in the markets and drive process improvements and performance against demand planning KPI’s. • Ensure all markets are producing an updated monthly demand plan and adhering to deadlines. • Communicate demand plan details at both the aggregate and mix levels to the required business functions. • Support of market level inventory management. | ||
Candidate Profile | ||
| • Degree or equivalent - preferably scientific or business management discipline • 3+ years Commercial Operations experience • 1+ year working in an international business environment • Demand planning experience with large numbers of SKUs • Process Improvement | ||
