QA TEAM LEADER

Manpower, the global leader in providing human resource services and solutions, is urgently looking for a corporate partner, an international IT company, expanding its software development center, motivated candidates to join a team of professionals, who develop a high end web/mobile financial platform: QA TEAM LEADER - Leading and managing a team of 5-7 QA specialists; - Work closely with project managers, developers and business users to determine test requirements for web-based and mobile applications; - Design and execute test scenarios and test cases, as well as sanity and acceptance testing; - Run tests on various platforms, networks and mobile devices; - Analyze defects to the lowest levels and describe specific scenarios of reproduction; - Work closely with bug tracking systems

Candidate Profile

- 2-3 years of experience in manual and automated testing; - Experience in testing methodologies and tools; - Good knowledge in writing SQL queries; - Basic knowledge in UNIX/Linux; - Autodidact, independent, well organized and able to multi-task; - Good command of English language; - Avid internet user, good familiarity with the internet environment; - Graduate course in software testing will be considered as an advantage; - Experience in mobile testing will be considered as an advantage; - Basic programming skills will be considered as an advantage; - BS in Computer Science or equivalent – will be considered as an advantage
